Whether you prefer a romantic sunset stroll along the pier or an afternoon of sailing, the exclusive cachet of The Landings development is our award-winning marina. Designed by Smith Warner International to stringent regulations, it offers the only private yacht harbour in St. Lucia, and one of the few in the entire Caribbean.

The harbour is restricted to our residents and has the capacity to house up to 100 yachts and accommodates ships ranging from 10 to 50 feet in length. Larger ships are docked at the pier just outside the harbour.

If you don’t own a yacht but are interested in the possibility, as a Landings owner you will have the unique opportunity to purchase the boat or yacht of your dreams duty free on St. Lucia.
