Whether you prefer a romantic sunset stroll along the pier or an afternoon of sailing, the exclusive cachet of The Landings development is our award-winning marina. Designed by Smith Warner International to stringent regulations, it offers the only private yacht harbour in St Lucia, and one of the few in the entire Caribbean.

The harbour is restricted to our residents and has the capacity to house up to 50 yachts and accommodates boats ranging from 10 to 50 feet in length. There is power and water to the docks, however in order to maintain a clean and attractive marina, no flushing or living aboard is allowed inside the marina. With the world class IGY Rodney Bay Marina a two minute sail away, this is a perfect base for your boat. There is no better way to enjoy St Lucia than from the water, so if you do not own a boat yourself, we can either assist you in finding one or befriend an owner who does have one!

The docks are available for short term or long term lease and are only for owners at the Landings. Some docks are made available for resort guests arriving with boats.
